What will your role be within the ITS Team ?

As a Network & Security Operations Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the enterprise-wide strategy for network and telecommunications infrastructure across Intelcia sites. Your role will ensure secure, efficient, and scalable operations aligned with business needs. Here are your daily missions:

Activity Management:

• Define and design the network architecture in line with the Group's IT architecture and technological standards; Optimize and improve telecom network procedures and performance;
• Automate and optimize procedures and all Intelcia telecom networks;
• Contribute to the analysis and resolution of problems, particularly major incidents; ∙ Anticipate and manage risks (impact assessment, crisis and escalation management, prioritization);
• Keep operating documents up to date;
• Ensure availability and continuity of Network and Telecom services;
• Ensure quality of service for internal and external users;
• Take charge of the needs of internal and external users and ensure their satisfaction; ∙ Ensure network security;
• Optimize financially the selected and deployed network platforms and control the allocated budget;
• Participate in budget preparation;
• Monitor KPI's;

Team management:

• Manage and animate the team in a good working climate: objectives, vacations, annual reviews, training;
• Conduct validation interviews when recruiting and integrate new employees;
• Encourage team members to develop their skills;
• Promote the Group's values and ensure that they are respected and applied;
• Determine and manage the team's technical on-call schedules;

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree or Master’s degree in IT, Network, telecommunications, or a related field
• 7 Years of experience in Network & security engineering

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of telecom network security
• Knowledge of the Avaya environment

Hard Skills:

• Product certifications Cisco (CCNP minimum), Fortinet (NSE4, NSE5, NSE7)
• Proficiency in routing, switching and firewalling...
• Knowledge of équipements : Cisco, Fortinet (Fortigate, FMG, FAZ, FAC, etc.), Palo
• Alto, F5, Gigamon
• Mastering Level 2 protocols: VTP, STP, Etherchanel, etc.
• Mastering Dynamic routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, etc.
• Mastering Security techniques for switches, routers, etc.
• Network interconnection technologies: SD-WAN, VPN, VPLS, MPLS
• HA network and infrastructure concepts
• Knowledge of ToIP ecosystems and telephony platforms: Asterisk, AVAYA,
• SBC, etc.
