Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Guest Experience Associate, located in Cairo, Egypt with some work-from-home flexibility. The Guest Experience Associate will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing exceptional customer service, managing guest experiences, performing and handling reservations. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a seamless and memorable experience during their stay.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in managing Guest Experience and problem resolutions
• Experience with Reservations
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry and short-term rentals
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is preferred
• abilty to work in startup dynamic teams
