We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our team. The Product Owner will act as the bridge between stakeholders, business goals, and the development team. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, managing the backlog, and ensuring timely delivery of features that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, users, and business leaders.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, writing clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the product meets user experience standards.
• Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and other team members during sprints to clarify requirements and remove blockers.
• Ensure features are tested, validated, and meet quality standards before release.
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and market trends to continuously improve.
• Align development with business objectives and KPIs, ensuring ROI for each release.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and regular updates on progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a software/SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or HRTech platforms.
• Knowledge of UX principles and design collaboration.
• Technical background or hands-on experience working with developers.
• Experience with CI/CD and product testing processes.
