Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant located in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on property purchasing, renting, and selling. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The role also involves market research and staying updated on recent real estate trends to offer valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications

• Consulting and Real Estate expertise
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales skills with a successful track record
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the New Cairo property market is a plus
