Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Product Owner who will take full ownership of the product backlog, drive business analysis, and facilitate agile ceremonies in a Scrum Master capacity. This role blends product ownership, business analysis, and agile delivery leadership, ensuring the product vision is translated into actionable requirements and delivered with quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Backlog Ownership:

• Define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog in alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
• Ensure backlog items are clearly articulated, estimated, and ready for development
  

• Business Analysis:
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Bridge communication between business, design, and technical teams.
  

Agile / Scrum Leadership:

• Act as Scrum Master to facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Remove impediments and support the team in achieving sprint goals.
• Promote agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency on progress, priorities, and product roadmap.
• Manage expectations and balance competing priorities.
  

Delivery Oversight:

• Monitor delivery timelines, scope, and quality.
• Ensure delivered features align with business value and product vision.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master (hybrid experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Certification (CSPO, PSM/PSPO) is a plus.
