Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept through construction.

• Prepare drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.

• Conduct site analysis and research local building codes and regulations.

• Support the preparation of presentations for clients and stakeholders.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other team members.

• Participate in project meetings and help with documentation.

• Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and sustainability standards.

• Assist with material selection and cost estimation under guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).

• 0–2 years of experience in an architectural firm or related field (internship experience counts).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds max, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and drafting techniques.

• Familiarity with local building codes and construction standards.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organization.
