We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner – Growth & Revenue to join our team at MindLuster.

This role is a hybrid between a Product Owner and a Growth Manager, acting as the bridge between stakeholders, business goals, and the development team—while also owning key growth metrics such as traffic, sign-ups, paid certificates, course registrations, and completions.

The Product Owner – Growth will ensure that product development and marketing initiatives are aligned with business KPIs, revenue targets, and long-term growth strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with a strong growth mindset.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, users, and business leaders.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog, writing clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria is a plus.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the product meets conversion and user experience standards.
  • Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and other team members during sprints to clarify requirements and remove blockers to increase the revenue.
  • Ensure features are tested, validated, and meet quality standards before release.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and regular updates on progress.

Growth & Revenue Focus

  • Define, monitor, and optimize growth KPIs:
  • Website traffic (SEO + paid ads + organic channels)
  • Sign-ups & activations
  • Paid certificates issued
  • Registered courses & course completions
  • Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Conversion Rate (CR), and Retention
  • Drive SEO strategy in collaboration with marketing, ensuring continuous improvement in organic reach.
  • Google Search Console experince is mandatory
  • Run growth experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization, landing page improvements, onboarding flows).
  • Collaborate with marketing on performance campaigns, ensuring product and traffic initiatives work hand-in-hand.
  • Translate analytics into actionable backlog items (e.g., improving certificate checkout flow, boosting course engagement, etc.).
  • Align product releases with business objectives, ROI, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Growth Manager in a software/SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in product metrics, funnels, and growth KPIs.
  • Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and digital marketing basics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or HRTech platforms.
  • Knowledge of UX principles and growth-driven design.
  • Technical background or hands-on experience working with developers.
  • Experience with A/B testing, CI/CD, and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Hotjar, etc.).
