Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Executive with a strong track record in outbound sales and lead generation, specifically in the software and IT services sector. This is a full-time, remote role where you will take ownership of generating qualified opportunities, building relationships across the GCC, and fueling xpForce’s sales pipeline. You will be on the front line of our growth efforts, working closely with the sales team to hand over well-qualified leads that convert into business wins.

Key Responsibilities

Drive outbound sales activities to generate qualified leads and build xpForce’s pipeline

Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator as a primary prospecting tool to identify and target high-value accounts

Conduct cold calls and outbound campaigns weekly, meeting and exceeding outreach KPIs

Nurture relationships with potential clients and partners across the GCC region

Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

Track, analyze, and report on weekly KPIs (outbound calls, LinkedIn messages, meetings booked, and leads generated)


Requirements

3+ years of business development experience, must be in software or IT services sales

Proven ability to generate leads and book qualified meetings

Strong LinkedIn Sales Navigator expertise with measurable success in pipeline generation

Excellent communication, persuasion, and cold-calling skills

Familiarity with the GCC market and customer dynamics (strong plus)

Highly goal-oriented mindset with ability to hit and exceed outbound KPIs

Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Experience selling SaaS or enterprise software solutions

Prior exposure to working with software vendors, resellers, or channel partners

Experience with CRM software for pipeline tracking and reporting
