Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Agent based in Cairo, Egypt, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Agent will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, selling insurance products, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Agent will conduct training sessions for clients to help them understand the insurance products offered and assist them in choosing the best options for their needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven sales experience, particularly in the insurance industry
- Experience and proficiency in training and educating clients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
