Key Accountabilities:

• Preparing and ensuring effective implementation in respect of adherence and HSE and safety policy and procedural requirements.
• Establish a safety culture & to bring up on field the European safety standard.
• Represent the company in Internal / External Audits, ISO 45001, 14001, negotiations/license to operate processes with local authorities’ related Environmental issues.
• Responsible for compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management.
• Applying Europe HSE Codes to match Export Europe Standards, Europe external Audits & World Standards.
• Create and maintain Emergency Response Plan.
• Sustain IMS Management System.
• Manage all Fire Fighting Projects.
• Setting Every Year Safety KPIs to all Departments.
• Participating in all huge projects to plot safety standard & Risk assessment of Each Project Phase.
• Create and maintain Crisis Management Plan.
• Making analysis & root cause analysis for injuries, applying & implementing all corrective actions to through the action plan.
• Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis.
• Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors.
• Assist in the development and presentation of relevant HSE training.
• Observe HSE regulations, wears all required safety equipment, encourages safe working practices, corrects
• Ability to work with employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance.
• Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as our customers and regulatory agencies.
• Provide direction, support and resource to all site managers, supervisors, foremen and safety technicians.
• Comply with all Company and HSE procedures and policies.

Education & Qualification:

Education: B.Sc. of Engineering or relevant discipline.

Years of Experience: 10-15 years.

Language: Arabic & English

Technical competencies:

• Certified NEBOSH International General, OSHA, OHSAS 18001.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 45001, ISM, ISPS standards and HSE management systems is highly preferred.
• Project Management skills such as project plans; projects coordination and progress updates
• Proficiency in MS Office (Advance Excel & Access).
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
