The Role:

- As Business Development Director, you will be the core driver of our client acquisition and market penetration strategy. This role requires leading high-value engagements from strategy development through final close, focusing on our core offerings:
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
- Mobile Application Development
- High-End Web Development
- Custom Software Solutions
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy designed to maximize revenue across all product lines.
- Market Expansion: Identify, pursue, and secure high-value new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and partnerships to expand our market footprint.
- Deal Ownership: Oversee the entire sales cycle for strategic deals, including sophisticated lead generation, compelling proposal development, complex negotiation, and successful closure.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with key C-level clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the sales and business development teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge and inform go-to-market strategies.
- Representation: Act as a key ambassador for the company at major industry events and conferences.
What You'll Bring
Skills & Experience:
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in B2B software, technology, or IT services, including at least 4 years in a Director or Senior Leadership role.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated, verifiable success in driving significant revenue growth, closing strategic enterprise partnerships, and successfully penetrating new markets.
- Industry Expertise: Deep, functional understanding of ERP systems, mobile applications, web development, and custom software markets.
- Strategic Acumen: Exceptional business and financial acumen with the ability to translate corporate strategy into measurable, actionable sales and growth plans.
- Negotiation & Influence: Superior negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills with a proven ability to influence decisions at the highest levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a significant advantage.
Location Requirement:
- This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Riyadh office.
