About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic English-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our Chat and Voice team. Whether you’re a recent graduate or still an undergraduate, this is your chance to build a career with growth, flexibility, and great benefits.
After your first 3 months of onsite training, you’ll have the opportunity to work from home (WFH) based on performance and business needs.
What You’ll Do
Communicate with customers through chat and voice channels.
Provide accurate information and professional assistance.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
What We’re Looking For
Strong command of English (B2 level or higher).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
