We Are Hiring – Production Planning Specialist

Location: Dokki, Cairo – with regular visits to factories for production follow-up.

About the Role:

PEPLA is seeking a Production Planning Specialist with 3 years of experience in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up on the production plan, coordinating with factories, and ensuring smooth manufacturing processes. The job is mainly in the factories that Pepla produces at.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and monitor production schedules.

Follow up on manufacturing progress in factories.

Ensure timely delivery of collections according to the plan.

Coordinate with supply chain, design, and merchandising teams.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 3 years of production planning experience in the fashion field.

✅ Strong organizational and communication skills.

✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

✅ Based in Cairo (Dokki office) along with regular factory visits.
