As a Part-Time Business Development Representative (sustainability experience) , you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing leads to support our growth. You’ll focus on prospecting, outreach, and setting up qualified meetings with potential clients. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information
- Assist in developing and refining outreach strategies based on performance and market feedback
- Collaborate with the marketing and sustainability teams to tailor messaging
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Required Qualifications
- B2/C1 English Proficiency
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
- Proven track record in B2B sales or in sustainability-related sectors (preferred)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and managing objections
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office)
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
