Job Title:
Junior Sales (B2B)
Job Summary:
Based on-site in Zahraa Al-Maadi (Cairo), the Junior Sales professional will drive new B2B acquisition, build lasting client relationships, and support the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and successful deal closure. You’ll use CRM tools to keep a healthy pipeline and consistently meet monthly KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead gen → proposals → negotiation → closing.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., lead status, activities, forecasts).
- Track usage of sales KPIs; escalate risks and collaborate to resolve issues.
- Share market and competitor insights with the team to refine go-to-market.
- Coordinate with operations and finance to ensure smooth handover post-sale.
Key Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (must-have).
- Must own a car.
- Background in SaaS, Fintech, Telecommunications, Startups, or related is a plus.
- Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Organized, target-driven, and comfortable with on-site fieldwork when needed.
- English: Good command.
