Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager based in Cairo. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, and addressing any issues that arise. Duties include maintaining optimal store performance, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring effective communication with both customers and staff. In addition, the Store Manager will provide leadership and training to staff members to foster a positive working environment.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Retail Management or related field
