Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors professionally while managing incoming calls and correspondence.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception and office environment.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and deliveries.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, mail distribution, and meeting arrangements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
