Job Description

  • Design visually engaging graphics and layouts tailored for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to conceptualize and execute compelling visual campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all digital assets and social channels.
  • Create static images, animated graphics, infographics, and short-form videos optimized for social media engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Adapt and repurpose existing creative assets for different platforms and formats as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Review and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of visual content to inform future creative strategies.

Job Requirements

  • 3-6 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio focused on social media content.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging visuals tailored for different social media platforms.
  • Solid understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and platform specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and typography.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and digital strategy.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities and feedback.
  • Familiarity with basic video editing and animation for social media is a plus.
