Job Description

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential clients in international markets.
• Prepare and implement export sales plans in line with the company’s objectives.
• Prepare commercial offers, conduct negotiations, and finalize export contracts.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (Quality, Production, and Shipping) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment according to required specifications.
• Monitor international markets and analyze competitors to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export sales, preferably within the fresh fruits and vegetables sector.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure.
• Good knowledge of export procedures and international shipping processes.
