This position will be serving our United States & Canada teams.


We are currently looking for a remote flexible commission-based Business Development Representative with extensive expertise.


As a Business Development Representative, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline, responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and execute outbound strategies targeting key market segments. This role is perfect for a self-starter with a “hunter” mentality who thrives in a team-based selling environment and is passionate about connecting technology solutions to business challenges.

Responsibilities:


  • Opportunity Generation: Proactively identify, contact, and qualify potential customers through a mix of cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Strategic Outreach: Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and develop personalized outreach strategies that align with customer business objectives and IT priorities.
  • Collaboration: Work in close partnership with Business Development Director to strategize on account penetration, plan targeted activities, and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of SanaTech’s portfolio of ManageEngine solutions, and professional services to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Pipeline Management: Meticulously manage and track all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and refine sales tactics.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for scheduled meetings, qualified opportunities, and other key performance indicators.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within IT services, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-managed with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience selling ITSM, ITOM, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Familiarity with the ManageEngine product suite is a significant plus.
  • Proven track record of success in a metrics-driven, outbound sales environment.
