Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Merchandiser (FMCG / IT Retail). The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing and replenishing stock levels, executing merchandising strategies, analyzing sales data, and ensuring optimal product display in retail environments. Daily tasks include coordinating with suppliers, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting promotional activities to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 3 years of experience in field sales or merchandising (FMCG or IT retail preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good command of MS Office and field reporting tools.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.

• Must have a car (for field visits).

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit stores and clients to ensure product availability and proper display.

• Prepare field reports and track sales performance.

• Build strong relationships with clients and negotiate orders.
