What will you be doing?

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians to ensure effective preventive and corrective maintenance across all locations.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans that reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Ensure all systems (HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and facilities) operate at peak performance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Manage maintenance schedules, priorities, and resource allocation across multiple sites.
• Monitor and control maintenance expenses while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance work.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Support team development through on-the-job training and performance feedback.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in processes and systems.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of experience in maintenance at FMCG/F&B industry; including minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, machinery along with exposure on preventive maintenance
• Hands-on, proactive, and highly organized person
• Strong planning, analytical thinking, and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
