Role Description

B2 English speakers to join our bilingual team ASAP!
💰 Basic Salary: 19K - 22K Gross, based on your profile
KPIs:- (C-SAT & First call resolution) Up to 70% of your gross salary + Transportation allowance 5K EGP
📍 Location: Downtown near El-Tahrir Square
🕐 Shifts: Rotational
🏠 Work from Home based on your performance after training period (6 weeks of paid training)
