Qualifications and Requirements:Fluency in French & English – both verbal and written communication.A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service (call center experience preferred).Bachelor's degree required – graduates only.Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.Egyptian nationals only.
