About the Role

The role involves supporting the Project Fabrication Manager in various technical and management tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Fabrication Manager in coordinating specific technical and management topics, i.e. project internal and external interface management, project planning, data analysis and report preparation, subcontractor management, collecting certifications, supplier payments.
• Prepare the Fabrication plan and identify the planning issues in terms of field critical operations.
• Ensure materials availability on site.
• Analyze the technical aspects of the feasibility of the construction works providing information on the actual on-site availability of facilities, tools, documents, materials, etc.
• Check the conformity and congruence of technical documentation received from Head Office and Clients making it available to the Fabrication team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree

Required Skills

• Good Knowledge with AutoCAD
• 7 years of experience or more
• Good Knowledge with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Projects, etc.)
• English - Full professional proficiency
• Previous experience with Sub-sea structure fabrication preferably Exp. in Media Yard

Preferred Skills

• Experience in similar roles within the industry.
