About the Role

We’re hiring on behalf of a leading fintech company offering innovative accounting and tax technology solutions.

The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional with proven leadership experience and a solid understanding of fintech or financial SaaS products.

Experience or knowledge in accounting and taxation will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 6 sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for fintech products.
• Support the team in client acquisition, proposals, and deal closures.
• Monitor team performance and deliver regular sales reports.
• Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and strategies.
  

Requirements

• 6+ years of total experience in sales or senior sales roles.
• 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader.
• Background in fintech, ERP, SaaS, or financial technology sales.
• Accounting or tax knowledge is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
