Missions of a Functional Consultant – Banking :

 Business Needs Analysis : Work closely with banking clients to understand their

requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

 Solution Design & Implementation : Configure, customize, and implement banking

software solutions (Digital Banking, Trade Finance, Cash Management, etc.).

 Process Optimization : Analyze and improve banking processes to enhance efficiency,

compliance, and customer experience.

 Testing & Validation : Define test cases, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and

ensure the solution meets business expectations.

 User Training & Support : Train end-users, provide functional documentation, and

assist with post-implementation support.

 Stakeholder Management : Act as a bridge between business users and technical

teams, ensuring smooth communication and project success.

Required Profile :

 Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in a functional consulting role within the

banking or fintech sector.

 Banking & Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of banking operations,

regulatory requirements, and digital transformation trends. Experience in digital

banking solutions is highly appreciale.

 Soft Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and

the ability to work with diverse teams.

 Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, IT, or a related field.

 Languages : Fluency in English and Arabic is required
