What You’ll Do

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA)
• Collaborate with our content and design teams to improve ad creatives
• Produce weekly/monthly reports with clear insights
• Stay updated with social ad trends and platform updates

What We’re Looking For

• Based in Egypt, working remotely with 2–3 hours/day overlap with EST (US time)
• 2–5+ years managing paid social campaigns with measurable results
• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-managing

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience working with US-based teams or international clients
• Google Ads or email marketing experience
• Basic creative skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar)
