We’re hiring Inbound Customer Service Agents to join our growing team on-site in Maadi, Cairo. This is a full-time role providing voice and email support to customers.

The shift starts in the afternoon (3 PM or 4 PM), and you’ll enjoy a consistent 5-workdays with weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
• Deliver timely, professional support and resolve issues effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Meet individual and team performance targets
• Contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Flexibility to work evening/night shifts
• Basic computer skills; previous experience is a plus
• Team player with a proactive attitude
