Job Summary:
The Sales Officer is responsible for activating installment services for customers within partner showrooms using the consumer financing activation platform. The role also includes onboarding new partner showrooms to the installment service network and maintaining strong business relationships to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Activate installment services for customers inside assigned partner showrooms using the financing activation platform.
- Provide product information, explain installment plans, and guide customers through the financing process.
- Collaborate with showroom staff to ensure smooth execution of installment transactions.
- Identify potential showrooms and negotiate partnership agreements to expand the company’s network.
- Promote installment services and drive customer conversions to meet sales targets.
- Conduct regular visits to existing and potential partners to maintain strong business relationships.
- Submit daily and weekly activity and sales reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and consumer finance regulations.
- Resolve customer issues and follow up on pending applications.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in sales, field sales, or consumer finance is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work in the field and travel to different showrooms.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales systems.
