Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chat Support Specialist - Live Chats based in Cairo, Egypt. The Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for handling live chats, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and customer support. Day-to-day tasks will include resolving user queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with users.


Qualifications


  • Strong Customer Support and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Fluency in English and other languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
