Job Description

Job holder shall supervise the team of Mechanical Maintenance Technicians performing assignments on plant utilities (jobs, tasks, and activities / planned and emergency) according to schedules to keep operations running in the highest level of quality, safety and performance at minimum cost.

Main Responsibilities: 

•  Prepare a plan for jobs of tasks in line with plant production schedules and budget to ensure operational continuity according to plant targets and KPI.
• Supervise daily & assigned works, implement and follow-up maintenance tasks to reach the acceptable level of quality with maximum utilization and exploit time of work.
• Initiate an execution plan of assigned tasks with corresponding to preventive maintenance reports, programs and planned stoppages in coordination with Preventive Maintenance team including spare parts plan. 
•  Perform field routs and review the shift reports to make repair for reported problems, overcome obstacles and report results to manager.
• Lead the spare parts technical specifications/requirements preparation for purchasing orders to meet the safety, productivity & technical standards.
•  Participate in temporary & permanent committees in the plant and attend technical meetings as required to reflect requirements on job planning and preparation
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements as a prerequisite for work on equipment and insure commitment of all team members (subordinates/contractors). 
•  Collaborate with other departments in the plant to enhance the level of performance and enrich the field experience. 
•  Ensure productivity of work by monitoring quality of employees' performance, control and supervise overtime to minimize the cost
