Job Description
1 Develop and define manufacturing process routes for new and existing products.
2 Prepare and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
3 Use CAD and 3D design software to prepare and update process drawings, layouts, and unfolded drawings.
4 Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
5 Lead quality improvement initiatives, defining key quality control points and ensuring process compliance.
6 Work closely with production, quality, and design teams to solve process-related issues.
7 Estimate and analyze standard product costs and propose cost optimization plans.
8 Design and develop fixtures and jigs (tooling) to improve product quality and production efficiency.
9 Support new product introduction (NPI) and ensure manufacturability from design to production stages.

Job Requirements
1 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2 Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other 3D design software.
3 Minimum 3 years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering, preferably in machinery,steel structure or metal fabrication.
4 Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and cost management.
5 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6 Good communication skills in English;
