Job Description:

Battmobile (A&F Auto Repair LLC) is urgently hiring a highly skilled and experienced Zoho Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Zoho products and their customizations, coupled with the ability to work independently while being an excellent team player. This role requires delivering quality work and ensuring the timely completion of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Zoho Product Management:

Manage and maintain all Zoho products, including CRM, Creator etc

Perform customizations and configurations across Zoho platforms to meet business needs.

Customizations and Development:

Design and implement tailored workflows, blueprints, and automation processes.

Develop custom modules, reports, and dashboards in Zoho Analytics.

Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools via APIs and other connectors.

Technical Expertise:

Possess basic programming knowledge to implement advanced customizations.

Utilize APIs for seamless integrations and data synchronization across systems.

Support and Collaboration:

Provide end-user training and technical support for Zoho products.

Work collaboratively with other teams to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.

Quality and Timely Delivery:

Ensure high-quality deliverables by adhering to best practices.

Complete tasks and projects within defined timelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

3 - 5 years of hands-on experience with Zoho products, especially CRM, Books, Analytics, Inventory, People, Cliq, and Payroll.

Proficient in Zoho customizations, automation, and API integrations.

Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is preferred.

Zoho certifications are preferred.
