Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Call Center Representative based in Egypt. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide support. Day-to-day tasks include resolving issues, providing information, maintaining records, and utilizing computer systems to manage customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 
  
• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction experience
• Fluent English with American or neutral accent
• Owns a laptop and stable internet connection
• Can work as per US timings (6pm-3am Monday- Thursday)
• X -Vodafone UK (or American clients) are preferred.
• Anyone without the above qualifications will be rejected automatically
