Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting luxury properties
• Conduct property viewings and professional consultations
• Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service
• Provide expert guidance throughout the entire sales process
• Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and new listings
• Actively promote properties via marketing, networking, and lead generation
• Negotiate deals to ensure client satisfaction and meet sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or a similar sales role
• Strong sales drive and a passion for customer service
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Previous experience in luxury sales, automotive, or high-end retail is highly desirable
• Presentable, professional appearance and confident demeanor
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
