Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Lead Strategist who can turn insight into impact — someone who blends analytical depth with creative vision, leading brand, marketing, and digital strategies that drive real business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of brand and marketing strategies across diverse client portfolios.

• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and audience segmentation.

• Translate business objectives into clear communication and media strategies.

• Collaborate with creative, digital, and account teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

• Present strategies, campaign roadmaps, and performance insights to clients.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, digital innovations, and consumer behavior shifts.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably within an agency environment.

• Proven experience in crafting full-funnel strategies for B2B brands.

• Strong understanding of digital media, paid campaigns, and brand positioning.

• Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and analytical skills.

• Ability to lead brainstorming sessions and guide teams from idea to execution.

• Familiarity with the real estate sector will be considered an advantage.
