Job Description

• Generate new leads and actively follow up with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
• Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Present and promote projects and properties to clients, highlighting features and benefits
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations, ensuring a smooth sales process.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

Experience : More than 2 years as senior sales
