Job Description

•   Prepare and develop shop drawings for aluminium façade systems, curtain walls, cladding, doors, and windows.
•  Review architectural and structural drawings to define the aluminium and glazing scope.
•  Prepare fabrication drawings, cutting lists, and glass schedules for production.
•  Coordinate with consultants, site teams, and suppliers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
•  Prepare and follow up on material submittals, samples, and method statements for approval.
•  Perform material take-offs and quantity estimations for procurement and cost control.
•  Participate in pricing, technical evaluations, and tender support when required.
•  Issue and follow up on material requests, specifications, and quotations to subcontractors and suppliers.
•  Review and update shop drawings and revisions based on site conditions and consultant comments.
•  Assist in preparing payment applications and verifying executed quantities for billing purposes

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in aluminium, curtain wall, and façade works within construction projects.
•  Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, façade details, and installation methods.
•  Excellent command of AutoCAD, Excel, and other relevant design software (Revit, SolidWorks, etc.).
•  Good understanding of shop drawings, material take-offs, and structural coordination with other trades.
•  Experience in technical coordination, consultant approvals, and site follow-up.
•  Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
•  Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure technical accuracy.
