Role Overview
The Growth Executive is a key player in expanding and nurturing Voucherek’s network of vendors. Working closely with the Business Development Lead, the Growth Executive ensures that vendors subscribing to advertising packages receive continuous support, growth guidance, and measurable business results.
This role combines client servicing, campaign management, and growth marketing — requiring a proactive professional who can balance relationship management with commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor Relationship & Growth Support
· Act as the primary contact for assigned vendors, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout their subscription journey.
· Understand each vendor’s business objectives and recommend relevant advertising opportunities to maximize awareness and sales.
· Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to ensure vendor campaigns are executed effectively and on schedule.
· Provide vendors with regular performance insights and suggest data-backed improvements.
2. Collaboration with Business Development Leads
· Support the Business Development Lead in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing vendor relationships.
· Share field feedback, insights, and growth potential for each client to help shape sales strategies and advertising offerings.
· Assist in onboarding new vendors and ensuring all contract details, package deliverables, and campaigns are properly activated
. Local Market & Performance Management
· Monitor vendor campaign performance and track key success metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
· Identify and suggest local partnerships, collaborations, or events that can enhance visibility for Voucherek and its vendors.
· Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviors within the city to recommend localized growth tactics.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably within e-commerce, advertising, or retail sectors).
· Strong experience in managing client accounts and ensuring commercial satisfaction.
· Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign optimization.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
