  • Provide strategic insights and customer intelligence to support personalized engagement.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and customer databases to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor lead status and pipeline health, ensuring timely follow-up and visibility.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate seamless handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to assess lead quality and refine strategies.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in pre-sales, sales operations, or business development.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English.
