- Identify and evaluate new markets and customer segments to expand the sales pipeline.
- Lead multi-channel lead generation initiatives to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects.
- Develop and refine lead qualification frameworks to improve conversion rates.
- Provide strategic insights and customer intelligence to support personalized engagement.
- Maintain accurate CRM and customer databases to enable data-driven decisions.
- Monitor lead status and pipeline health, ensuring timely follow-up and visibility.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate seamless handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to assess lead quality and refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in pre-sales, sales operations, or business development.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.
