Job Title: Senior Tour Operator (Incoming & Outgoing)

About the Role:
We're looking for a seasoned Senior Tour Operator to join our team. We need someone with at least 5 years of experience managing tours for both inbound and outbound travelers. Your expertise should cover the entire process, from planning to execution.
A major plus is experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), especially in the medical field. You'll be the go-to person for organizing and running complex events like medical conferences and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and manage tours for a variety of clients.
* Negotiate with suppliers and build strong partnerships.
* Lead the planning and execution of MICE events, specifically medical ones.
* Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they have an excellent experience.
* Oversee all operational details and budgets for tours and events.

What We're Looking For:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Tour Operator.
* Bachelor's degree in any related field.
* Proven experience in MICE, with a strong preference for medical events.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to solve problems quickly and work well under pressure.
