Role Description
This is a full-time Technical Support Representative role located on-site in 5th Settlement . The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer problems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service on behalf of the company.

- Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for both customers and managers
- Ability to resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
- Experience in customer service and customer support
- Understanding of customer needs and creation of positive customer experiences
- Possessing a positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to multitask and navigate through various systems and applications
- Fluent in English
