Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Agent, located in Cairo, Egypt with some work from home acceptable. The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, explaining insurance policies and coverage options, processing policy applications, and meeting sales targets. The agent will also work closely with brokerage teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

Qualifications

• Insurance Sales, Insurance Brokerage, and Insurance skills
• Customer Service skills
• Strong Sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
