Sokon Residence is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead all commercial operations and drive sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will come from the hospitality or serviced residences sector, with strong expertise in business development, partnerships, and revenue management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.

Oversee business development, sales, and marketing activities to achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance market positioning.

Negotiate major contracts and manage key client relationships.

Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hotels Management (Business Administration or MBA is a plus).

Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial or business development roles within hospitality or real estate.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proven record in achieving growth and revenue targets.
