Role Overview
The Training Operations Se. Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the operational side of Mentarcise training programs.
He/She ensures all programs run smoothly — from enrollment to delivery — while maintaining the high quality, student experience, and operational excellence that Mentarcise is known for.
This role is the focal point between the trainers, the admissions & enrollment team, logistics coordination, and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end operations of all training programs
• Coordinate between trainers, admissions, marketing & management
• Ensure program readiness (materials, schedules, logistics)
• Monitor the full learner lifecycle (enrollment → onboarding → training → assessments → graduation).
• Build and track program timelines, schedules, and delivery plans.
• Track KPIs and operational performance
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in Training Operations / L&D / Program Management or relevant experience.
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Fluent in English & Arabic
• Passion for human development and learner experience
• Experience working with coaching, training academies, universities, or L&D departments is a strong advantage.
