You’ll play a key role in identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and proposing creative marketing solutions that drive results. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and brand leaders.
- Present BrandEra’s services and tailor proposals to client objectives.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to craft winning pitches.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets.
- Represent BrandEra in events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a marketing, media, or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts, campaign planning, and creative services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- A network within the business or marketing community
