You’ll play a key role in identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and proposing creative marketing solutions that drive results. This position blends sales strategy, client relationship management, and creative consultancy — ideal for someone who can think strategically and act entrepreneurially.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients across various industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and brand leaders.
  • Present BrandEra’s services and tailor proposals to client objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to craft winning pitches.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets.
  • Represent BrandEra in events, meetings, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a marketing, media, or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of marketing concepts, campaign planning, and creative services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • A network within the business or marketing community
