NOK Human Capital is hiring, on behalf of a well-known digital fuel & fleet-management platform, a Junior Sales (B2B) professional to join their team. You will drive new client acquisition, manage end-to-end sales activities, and build long-term business relationships within the B2B sector. This role directly contributes to revenue growth and market expansion by identifying opportunities, executing sales strategies, and maintaining a strong client pipeline.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients through various channels including calls, emails, and networking.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to assess client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to decision-makers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate client and sales data using CRM tools.
  • Track and report sales performance against monthly KPIs.
  • Gather and share market insights to support commercial strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction post-sale.


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Comfortable with on-site work and occasional field visits.
  • Car or personal transportation is a must for field visits.
  • Experience in SaaS, Fintech, Telecommunications, or Startups is a plus.
  • Good command of English.
  • Based in or able to commute to Zahraa Al-Maadi, Cairo.
