Description


The Wellness Manager will lead the overall wellness and spa strategy of the hotel, ensuring an exceptional guest experience through innovative and personalized wellness journeys. This role oversees the daily operations of the spa, fitness facilities, and wellness activities, maintaining the highest standards of luxury service, hygiene, and safety in alignment with Kempinski brand expectations.


Key Responsibilities


Guest Experience & Service Excellence

Ensure a 5-star guest journey across spa, fitness, and recreational wellness services.

Oversee VIP guest personalization, service recovery, and satisfaction surveys.

Maintain spa hygiene, privacy, and safety standards according to local regulations and corporate SOPs.

Operations & Administration

Manage daily spa and wellness center operations, including scheduling, inventory, cost control, and preventive maintenance.

Develop annual business plans, budgets, promotions, and revenue targets.

Monitor and analyze KPIs (RevSpa, utilization rate, membership growth, etc.) and implement improvement plans.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and coach wellness therapists, instructors, and attendants.

Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure continuous professional development.

Foster an engaging team culture that reflects Kempinski DNA values.

Program Development

Create innovative treatment menus, wellness retreats, and fitness activities aligned with current trends.

Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Rooms, and Marketing teams for holistic wellness experiences (nutrition, sleep, mindfulness).

Partnerships & Brand Promotion

Lead marketing initiatives including social media content, seasonal promotions, and influencer collaborations.

Build partnerships with medical, beauty, and wellness vendors for product enhancements and events.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury spa or international five-star hotel.

Excellent MS Office knowledge.

Strong coaching skills, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Pro-active hospitality skills including guest service skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills.

English - excellent oral and written skills.
