Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee operations in the catering and food service industry in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage sector, with a proven track record of managing operations efficiently and effectively. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of operational processes within the food service sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of catering services in the food and beverage industry.
- Manage daily operations, including staffing, inventory control, and food preparation processes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management, including cost control and profit optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and enhance customer engagement.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality ingredients and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly to maintain a positive company reputation.
